Larry and Joe,

Barnard College is using an external provider, OculusIT, for our SOC services.  We have outsourced our SOC services 
since 2012 but transitioned to OculusIT in May 2020.

I would be happy to discuss the details of how we have partnered, what services they are providing, and our experiences 
to date.
