ah, while writing this message noticed that command set is very restricted.
Can be fixed, though.

pop3, nntp, cvs, rsh, lpd, tds etc proxies?
perdition?, no idea: id' use somthing like leafnode inside, see ssh, see ssh, aarghh, what is tds?

tds is tabular datastream (sql for m$ and sybase)
ssh is not always suitable and we need good real MITM proxy anyways.
