do you guys think the americans are welcomed in afghanistan, iraq, vietnam, ecuador, ...
Nope, we're quite sure the Taliban didn't want us. Nor did the Ba'ath Saddam Hussein loyalists. Nor, for that matter, did the Nazis, or Hirohito's cronies, or Mussolini's. Evil people don't like us much. I'm comfortable with that.
just try to think, why do terrorists attack americans in asia, africa, north-south america?
Because we support Israel's right to exist, and refuse to make it illegal for our companies to do business in other countries.
why don't the attack swiss people?
Because if they piss off the Swiss, the Swiss might crack down on the laws that are facilitating their communications: http://www.canoe.ca/CNEWS/WarOnTerrorism/2003/03/09/39872-ap.html Or the lax banking laws that allow them to launder their bioweapons transactions with Russia: http://www.monitor.net/monitor/0111a/swissbankterror.html
or german people? or french people?
http://www.ict.org.il/articles/articledet.cfm?articleid=437 http://www.teror.gen.tr/english/eu/france1.html You really need to watch the news more. Germany and France both have huge problems with Hezbollah, Hamas, and Islamic Jihad; you know, the groups that Saddam Hussein supports.
PSS: shawn again; try to read a book about the reasons of attacking afghanistan and iraq. and try to figure out why american AND europeans supported sadam hussein in his war against the kurds and the iranian.
Your information about the Kurds is mistaken, but I understand very clearly why we supported him against the Iranians, and have no more moral issue with it than I have with us supporting Stalin against Hitler. I have some issues with specific technical details of the agreements we reached with him, and I have a problem with the amount of time we took before we turned on him, and with how long we took to go in and destroy him after we did, but the initial deal was on balance a good one that made the world a safer place overall. -- Shawn McMahon | Let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, EIV Consulting | that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any UNIX and Linux | hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe, to assure http://www.eiv.com| the survival and the success of liberty. - JFK
