MySQL and PostgresQL aren't; should their bugs count as Linux bugs?

There's problem when you get creative with your bug tallying method. If you
count MySQL's bugs you should count SQL Server bugs too.

I'm looking forward to read that Microsoft-sponsored report to see their
methods.
