Now do I need to get a damn CISSP to get in this action on that list or can I fake it? You are all mostly fakes anyway, right?Yes, we are, but you have to be certified as a fake by ISC2.
I realized that the CISSP certification was worthless _while_ I was at the CISSP certification testing facility approximately 3 years ago. After completing the test in a little under an hour, I had a good feeling that I had passed. Since the test relates to what we all do 9+ hours/day, the questions asked were relatively simple. When I handed the test to the proctor, he said "So are you just giving up?". When I said "No, I completed the test", he looked at me as if I were a ghost. That is when I realized that the CISSP certification would be worthless. Needless to say, I have never included CISSP in my .sig or business cards nor do I mention to people that I even have it. --Keith Keith Young, Security Official Department of Technology Services Montgomery County, Maryland phone - (240) 777-2955 _______________________________________________ Fun and Misc security discussion for OT posts. https://linuxbox.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/funsec Note: funsec is a public and open mailing list.
