Change in non-combatant status

Hello,

After a decade-long absence from the anti-virus industry in a professional
capacity I find myself having to turn in my hobbyist badge and replace it
with business cards from ESET Software, LLC, where I'll be doing technical
support for NOD32 and related applications and services.

Here is my updated contact information:

  Aryeh Goretsky
  Manager, Technical Support
  ESET Software, LLC
  1172 Orange Avenue
  Coronado, CA 92118

  TEL: +1 (619) 361-3041 (direct)
  CEL: +1 (619) 518-0658 ** NOT YET ACTIVE **
  FAX: +1 (619) 437-7045 (public)

EMAIL/MSN MSGR: goretsky () eset com

My cell phone/pager won't be active for another day or so. If do not have
or
need my personal cell phone, please contact me off-list.

Along with Randy, I'll serve as one of the points of contact for ESET and
NOD32
on the lists. Anyone with questions or concerns can contact either one of
us.

On a personal note, I am pleased to be here and working closely with Randy
Abrams, Andrew Lee, Paolo Monti and everybody else. ESET is a great company
to work for and NOD32 is a fantastic product.

Also, please be gentle with me as I come up to speed. *grin* It has been a
while since I have been responsible for an anti-virus company's technical
support operations and the duties of technical support are quite a bit
different
from those whose primary interest in malcode has been from a
hobbyist/observer
perspective.

Regards,

Aryeh Goretsky
