Thanks for your kind words Nick - one very important factor of the
equation was our user base and how they exploited what the program
offered: one can hardly imagine a more competent IT crowd than them.

The difference disassembler - application debugger - system debugger
is often lost on the non specialist. I'd never blame a system debugger
for bringing a system down from time to time: life's so hard at that
level.
