And yet, you can go to the beach, on a hot summer day, with your video camera and film all the people on the beach that you want.... With only the fear of a BIG boyfriend beating the snot outta you for filming his girlfriend sun-bathing :-) the way I look at it, if it's in public, it's fair game for ANY picturetaking or filming. If something shouldn't be filmed or snapshotted, then it shouldn't be in plain public view.... Michael P. Social conventions, regulations, and laws control where cameras can be used in public.
