I feel its important that people see the actual types of slurs that
were judged (8 to 0) to be constitutional.

Hustler Magazine, Inc. v. Falwell, 485 U.S. 46 (1988) was a case argued before the United States Supreme Court. The
decision strengthened free speech rights in relation to parodies of public figures by extending the "actual malice"
test of New York Times v. Sullivan, 376 U.S. 254 (1964).

The case was argued on December 2, 1987 and the Court handed down its decision on February 24, 1988 by a vote of 8 to
0.
