breaking the rules should I, or someone, pick up the loaded gun, remove it from the holster and then point it at ANYTHING they don't want to shoot. But, I realize that requires a certain level of common sense, so you're off the hook.
I have enough common sense not to have loaded gun sitting on a table pointing at me. You, according to your statements, do not.
