I am unsure about the idea of giving Nigerians more computers... hehe, 
just kidding.

I'd say, all the power to them. They learn how to surf the net and do 
searches, save files and enlarge them. I'd say they learned in their own 
way.

What did they expect them to learn? Blind typing?

You gave them the laptops, leave them alone.
