Plus, these are not my opinions --I'm just the messenger, conveying
the context of the article.

And for what it's worth, I'm an old COMSEC guy, so please don't
lecture me. I use the skills I learned a long time ago to gather
open-source intelligence, and am well-exercised in real-time
doctrine. ;-)
