This afternoon, at an empty Norwich Superior Court, Julie pled to the
misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct, in a deal negotiated by her
pro-bono attorney, William Dow.


The fact that the prosecutor did not drop ALL charges against her is
still repugnant.
