NANOG + all other Operator Groups including INEX peeps who should be
members of said groups.
NSP-SEC, part of the above....
FIRST.org members CERTs

BGP/ARP/DNS still a bit iffy' :) As will be v6 and the nanobotnets
inhabiting our bodies including the 'internet of things'.. you think
it's good/bad now?
