Not the press.  They get to write another story
(about "The end of the Internet").

Not certain groups who want "our" botnet to be bigger
than "their" botnet (and want funding).  Sounds like
the new MAD (Mutually Assured DDoS) to me.

There is always an upside for *someone*.
