Looks remarkably like a GNOME desktop to me, probably Ubuntu.

I do believe they have invented a dual-boot Linux/Windows system. Awesome.
Innovative as hell.

They're probably just trying to avoid using the L-word, in case it scares
away the punters. "Where's my Internet Explorer?"
