Stratfor is back online, offering a video which includes an apology
for failing to handle data securely.

I wonder how big the executivve bonuses will be for a 'job well done'.

All the folks who own stock in institutions which issued affected
cards, and all the folks who use credit cards (including company
cards) should thank Stratfor for their failure, since the costs will
be passed on to stock holders; and higher credit card rates will be
used to offset loss due to this sort of incompetence.
