Let me clarify about whose privacy is the point of the discussion. It is not the hacker's privacy. (This person is doing something wrong and their rights to privacy are presumed to be nil.)
does the above mean that "wrong" and "privacy" are bits? 0 or 1? i.e. if you punch your doctor he should give or sell your med records, or if you park in the wrong place you should have your bank accounts in the newspapers?
