Honeyd annotate and other questions

Hi,

Can some explain to me what the keyword "annotate" does when
in a honeyd configuration?  Also, is there any documentation
on how to configure honeyd beyond the sample configs posted
on http://www.honeyd.org?  Finally, is there anyway to correlate 
nessus NASL scripts (plugins) with honeyd plugins?
