When will Comcast ever get it right

Here I am ready to try to get Comcast Digital Cable in Pittsburgh and I go 
to their web site. Guess what, the site has a critical link in the 
Pittsburgh area broken and so I can not even try to order or get info that 
way. As to phoning in -- sorry the call center is closed (after four 
punches and lots of gab).

I am sorry but all to many "high tech" companies just can not understand 
the network "consumer" alas since there is no competition in cable I will 
have to keep hoping.

maybe Verizon has an alternative? -- not yet.
