Most are aware that this is CES (Consumer Electronics Show) time in Las Vegas.  Many are less aware of the historical 
overlap of this meeting (and shared convention locations) with the AEE (Adult Entertainment Expo).

Some interesting quotes:

And, note that the IP list moderator, back in the mid-eighties or so, predicted that  many of the tactile devices then 
being developed were destined to find major application in the adult entertainment field.
