http://dailynews.yahoo.com/h/nm/20000509/ts/virus_philippines_11.html Tuesday May 9 4:50 AM ET MANILA (Reuters) - Philippine prosecutors on Tuesday ordered the release of a man arrested as one of the main suspects in the creation of the ``Love Bug'' computer virus, but said he would still have to answer charges. Charges framed against Reonel Ramones, 27, for violation of the Access Devices Regulation Act would remain and he would have to appear in court on May 19 to answer them, Senior Prosecutor Severino Gana told reporters. Ramones was arrested by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) on Monday after a search of the Manila flat he shared with his girl friend. The NBI says both of them are suspected to be involved in the creation of the ``Love Bug'' virus but the woman has yet not been apprehended. Gana said prosecutors had ordered the NBI to release Ramones because authorities did not have enough evidence to warrant holding Ramones in custody. *-------------------------------------------------* "Communications without intelligence is noise; Intelligence without communications is irrelevant."
