On behalf of the Security Policy Studies Program and the Center for International Science and Technology Policy at the Elliott School of International Affairs, George Washington University, we would like to invite you to a very special lecture on: "Cyberwarfare - Fiction, Facts and the Future of Arms Control" Ralf Bendrath Visiting Scholar Monday March 26, 2001 6:15pm - 7:30pm 2013 G Street, NW Stuart Hall 103 Washington DC 20052 Ralf Bendrath, executive director of the German-Austrian Research Group on the Information Society and Security Policy and Ph.D. candidate at the Free University of Berlin, is a Visiting Scholar at the Elliott School working on his dissertation on The Military in the Information Society. He will present the findings from his case studies on information warfare and critical infrastructure protection, discuss the political implications and outline a strategy for cyber arms control.
