Error creating socket: Connection failed: Operation now in progress

As the error states, there was a connection problem. Please verify that 
the system is online and that you can access the port specified by the 
RPORT environment variable. The Win32 error messages are all somewhat 
generic due to how Cygwin and Perl interact.
