Could or should ISOC step in if NSF vacates these shoes?
sorta depends on just what the "co-operative agreement" says - come to think of it, I would think that changing the term of the agreement sorta depends on what the existing agreement says - there are not all that many contracts that allow one party to change the terms in that basic a way without the agreement of the other party Scott - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
