AT&T connectivity (was RE: UUnet Kansas City/Denver )

AT&T Worldnet reports a problem near Columbia, Missouri.  I don't know
how much shared fiber or right of way UUNET and ATT have in the area.
Apparently I'm still on the blacklist at WCOM since they won't talk to me.
