Oh, sure have. Spews has listed an entire /19 of ours before, merely because of a multi-stage relay (customer had an open relay configured to dump everything to our mailserver).
As far as I have seen, that is not the typical reason for a spews nom.Spews seems to target a fairly similar crowd to what (say) the SBL targets, but uses a rather wider brush.
