[no Kerberos, no SSH, no IPSec, no SMTPTLS]

"place of origin or destination" could mean street address, not IP
address or email address.  In the context of the rest of the law, 
it is likely they meant physical location.  Especially since it
refers to "service" and not just "telecommunications".
