Verizon Wireless is at 50% ipv6 penetration,  T-Mobile US and Comcast are
closing in on 30%

It's a non-trivial number of eyeballs. And, FB, Google / Youtube , and
Netflix are all native ipv6 ...its a lot of cotent too.
