nmap patch for openbsd

Here is a patch for nmap that fixes a bug, without it you will not be able
to use nmap with loopback interfaces under openbsd.

Do not know if it is openbsd specific or affect to all the bsd family...
neither if it is openbsd 2.5 specific or older versions are affected...
