Thanks for the report, Djalal!  There are two problems.  First of all,
the link above is actually _for_ the 2009 SoC program.  I found that
most of our links were updated, but we still had a link to that one in
the "Slack" section of http://nmap.org/soc/.  I've updated that lin to
point to the 2010 page:

http://socghop.appspot.com/gsoc/org/home/google/gsoc2010/nmap

But the second problem is that even our 2010 page had the problem you
noted :).  So I've fixed that.

2009 -> 2010

i will consider it as 2010.

Yes, 2010 was intended.
