Hi, There was the UK Iraq dossier incident where the report turned out to be mostly plagiarized from a university researcher in the US. Not related to the iPhone stuff but still good copy. http://www.computerbytesman.com/privacy/blair.htm Cheers, Jim 2009/3/15 Adrian Crenshaw <irongeek at irongeek.com>
I'm prepping a presentation on online recon, and along with DNS info, Google Hacking and what not I also plan to cover some stuff on metadata. I was looking for some good examples of people getting pwned my metadata, and of course there is Cat Shwartz (EXIF Thumbnail) and Dennis Rader (Word doc) but this one is really good: NSFW link: http://encyclopediadramatica.com/User:Darkanaku/Nephew_chan So, does the iPhone put GPS data in the EXIF info by default, or did this guy just forget to turn it off?
