OpenID

On a somewhat related note, my health insurance provider has started
using Microsoft's HealthVault for storage of electronic medical records.
 They offered me login choices of using Microsoft Live ID (i.e. Hotmail
account) or OpenID.  Which should I choose? (o_O)
