I worked with DeepFreeze too, it's a good solution for Windows.

For linux, I was used a copy of VirtualBox disks.

Subject: Recover full environment

Hi pentesters

I have some old computers (pentium 3) in my basement and I wanna use
them as training servers, not just for me but also for my friends.
I've been thinking in DVL (damn vulnerable linux), although any other
option is welcome. In any way, they're intent to be some kind easy to
root and I don't want to reinstall them every short time manually, so
the question is:

Is there any software/script/methodology that you recommend me to
restore their full environment every night?

Thanks in advance and excuse my poor english.
