Rule updating script, Oinkmaster v0.1.

Hello,

If you're interested in an oversized rule updating Perl script for
the 1.8 rules available from www.snort.org, you could try Oinkmaster.

It will download the new rules, disable the unwanted ones, and print the
changes. Basically its a variant of my arachnids_upd script.

Its not very well-tested, so it should probably not be run on any
production system yet, but you could always give it a try
and let me know if/how it works...
Currently tested on OpenBSD, Linux and Solaris.
