You have received all you need from others on how to do the mysql user
shuffle, but don't for get to edit the line in your snort.conf file for
each sensor:

output database: log, mysql, user=<whatever> password=<whatever>
dbname=<whatever> host=<whatever> sensor_name=<whatever>

I would change the sensor_name variable to help distinguish hosts
