Snort not logging

Hi,

Can someone help me with a problem i'm having with snort.
It's stopped logging and i can't figure out why.

Its xubuntu, snort v2.9.2, with unified and barnyard2 which logs to a mysql database.

Its creating snort.alert, snort.log and tcpdump.log but they're empty.

Let me know what other info you need.
