Hey James, thanks for the reply!
Sorry I'm just getting back to you on this.. I had to step away from this 
for a bit so I didn't rip ALL my hair out lol.

But I ran the strace on 'configure', but I don't really understand most of 
it, I get the open/stat type lines but the rest, not so much... 
Do you think you could possibly take a look and let me know what you 
think?

Not sure if I'll be able to include an attachment, but I'll try. Let me 
know if it's NOT included with this email.... But if it's not, I'm not 
sure the entire thing would fit in the body of the email since it's about 
36,000 lines.
