Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the browser-firefox,
browser-ie, exploit-kit, file-flash, file-image, file-other,
malware-cnc, os-windows, policy-other, protocol-dns, protocol-nntp,
server-other and server-webapp rule sets to provide coverage for
emerging threats from these technologies.
