version.h breaks for -current

Somehow this doesn't look right for version.h:

current-cvs#define VERSION_MAJOR
current-cvs#define VERSION_MINOR
current-cvs.tcpdump.org#define VERSION_DOTDOT 02.11

Of course the input in the file VERSION is:
current-cvs.tcpdump.org.2003.02.11

It would appear to me that it's time for libpcap-current
to get a version number other than the date :)
