Internet Explorer crashing on weird URLs

All,

Did I miss something or has no-one mentioned HTML emails yet?  Just
discussed this with a contact who is forced to use his company desktop
standard Outlook mail client, and Outlook doesn't like these URLs at all,
put in a IMG SRC tag of course.

Anyone want to take down the big corporates' mail systems.... again?
