Chris,

You could check out Microsoft's Web Application Stress Tool:
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/itsolutions/intranet/downloads/webstres
.asp

It's not as rich in functions as Jmeter, but it's quite easy to setup
and get running. The built-in reports are a good start; the data is
stored in an Access database, so you can write your own queries for more
complex analysis.

Cheers,
-Roshen

Subject: Web Application Stress Tools

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knew of an application
that I could use to stress a box. I was going to
write my own with Netcat sending custom GETs and
timing the response and doing this across several
computers. Let me know if anyone has something better
for free and is easy to use.

-Chris
