Sanctum Thread Dead

OK it really is now a legal thread so should move to a relevant list now. I know I said Monday was the dead thread 
deadline but I was ill and didn't approve several posts in time. 

There was a great summary earlier.

If someone that follows the legal list could send webappsec a summary every week or so that would be appreciated.
