splint and sparse. Both are ofcourse opensource, so you should be able 
to get some good ideas from them if you have to write your own for 
whatever nasty proprietary language you want, and since you can skip 
about 90% of the code that handles memory management issues, it 
shouldn't be too hard to rewrite it either.
