Predictable things, like those that a programmer or an IT manager are 
the STUPID things. An unpredictable user is not the problem, the problem 
is the predictable user, which will fall into any trap.
Anyway, there is no application without user. Why don't you try to learn 
what's wrong with your poin of view instead of blaming the 99% of non 
techie people?
