He may not be asking to "borrow" the licenses, but asking people who
have the lincenses to record some videos for him :)

Asking vendors, should work, but may take too long.

IMHO these and other web app scanner vendors should consider granting
permanent lincenses to the folks at OWASP, but that may be asking to
much in the real world.
