No interfaces in Wireshark interface list

Hi,

I'm running Wireshark on a MacBook Pro with OS 10.6.5 and cannot run a 
capture because no interfaces show up in the list.

I want to test it on my home network before using it at work to diagnose 
network instability.

Please help!
