A bunch of Googling found

        http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-idmr-pim-spec-02

and

        http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-idmr-pim-dm-spec-03

which appears to be at least part of the spec for PIMv1.  I've updated the dissector.
