MIBS Problem?

After downloading source files and building, launching the wireshark.exe in
my development directory presents me with this error:

The Current Path is:
C:\wireshark\snmp\mibs;C:\Users\Shawn\AppData\Roaming\Wireshark\snmp\mibs

I'm currently on Windows 7, the nondevelopment Wireshark install works
fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
