That's probably the best idea, and then just have the link as 
documentation.  In fact, if anybody's interested, I'll do a delta of the 
IEEE and CaveBear list and only extract the unique bits for exactly that 
kind of inclusion.

Well, the output of make-manuf displays those added from cavebear (see the 27
entries below) ... but if this list is so old, can these really be relied upon
anymore?
